My tracking says "delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Sometimes, carriers mark a package as "delivered" a bit early. We recommend:

1. Checking around your property (like a back porch or with a building manager).

2. Asking a neighbor if they might have received it for you.

3. Waiting just one more business day, as it often shows up.

I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

This is completely normal! To get your items to you as efficiently and quickly as possible, we sometimes ship them from different warehouses or as soon as they're ready. This means your order might arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking emails for each part of your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new furniture. If it's not the right fit, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All we ask is that items are in their original condition and packaging. Please visit our "Return Policy" page for full details and instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Our team works quickly to process and ship your order, which means we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
